• We strive to make a “win-win” for everyone: for the clients, for the new owners, for the property, for any ghosts that might be there, and for us.

• We clear the house, the property, or the commercial building of any bad mojo i.e.: ghosts, entities, curses, spells, Psychic debris, negative energies, and all kinds of dark doodoo.

• We clear the owners of any bad mojo that is keeping the property from selling.

• We send clients FREE Aulmauracite grid rocks, (unless they live out of the U.S. and then we make one “radionically” on paper and e-mail the client a copy .) These rocks are “the stone of truth and justice” and we don’t do any work without their magickal presence. They stabilize the energy and thus it take less time to do our work. Clients will also receive a complimentary hard copy of our book  “Got Ghosts???”  (E-books are sent to clients outside the U.S.)

• Once our clients have properly set the grid up and the contracts with us are signed, we can begin our work.
• We stay in constant contact with the client getting weekly and sometimes daily updates.

Client pays $200.00 for an initial consultation. Once we receive your questionnaire and pictures of the property, we will decide if we can take you on as a client. We will get back to you and let you know our decision and then ask that you review the contract and sign it. As soon as we get that back, we will give you the go ahead to send the consultation payment. When we receive that, we will send you the grid rocks and “Got Ghosts???” book for you to be reading while we get a date for your property clearing. We will contact you and set up the initial consult to answer our questions and give us more background on what W.S. (Weird Sh*t) is going on there that might be hindering the sale of the property. Client pays $300.00 per hour for the ghost busting/property clearing – Due upon completion of eliminating all the bad mojo (unless prior arrangements have been made.)  Bad Mojo Clearings are typically  1-2 hours.

Once the property is cleared, we keep an eye on it until sold, to make sure no new undesirables get involved.

House Sold: Is the day clients have  signed the sales contract. The additional bonus % is due within 1 week after closing.

The bonus is on the Net sales after realtor fees, closing costs etc. are met.

• Get a signed offer within 14 days (2 weeks) that eventually closes = .1% of the net.
• Get a signed offer within 30 days (1 month) that eventually closes = .05 % of the net.
• Get a signed offer within 45 days (1 ½ months) that eventually closes = .03% of the net.
• Get a signed offer within 90 days (3 months) that eventually closes = .01 % of the net.
• Get an offer after 90 days = 0%
